I don't want you to tell me anything ahead of time — not a name, not who you're hoping to hear from, nothing. The less I know going in, the more you can trust what comes through. All I need to book is your name, your email, and a time that works. One thing I do ask: we need to connect by phone or video, not text. Hearing your voice is part of how I work.

When we connect, I'll take a few minutes to ground myself before we start. I work through automatic writing, so once we begin you'll notice me go quiet and start writing by hand as things come to me, rather than speaking right away. Don't read anything into the pauses — that's just part of the process.

As I write, I'll share what I'm receiving as it comes through — names, images, phrases, feelings, sometimes things that don't make sense yet. All I'll ask of you is a simple yes or no to what I bring you. I won't ask you leading questions, and I'd ask that you not offer extra details either — that's what keeps a reading honest, for both of us.

I can't guarantee who comes through, or when, in any given session. I only share what I actually receive. I won't guess, and I won't stretch a session to make it feel fuller than it was.

Once we're done, give yourself time with it. I'd encourage you to write down what you remember soon after we hang up — small details have a way of making sense days later, once you've had a chance to sit with it or check in with family.
